This first one is on the gulf coast.
This little dock on the left is on the Mississippi River
And these last two are at one of my favorite lakes in Iowa. Great places to sit and dangle your feet over the edge and watch the sun come up.

A short trip down the plank, plop down and dangle your feet in the water is a sure-fire way to forget about the miseries of the world. Beautiful pictures Sandra – I can picture myself there.

Just sitting here on the dock, shades on, toes in the water watching nature parade by – life is grand if you stop and take it all in. Beautiful rays on the sand in that first shot!
Thank you Brian, that is my favorite thing to do on a warm summer morning, when no one else is there but the birds singing.
That is a nice collection of dock photos! They bring back memories of our time in Canada. 6 years with a dock in our back yard, with a two-seater airplane, canoes, and boats available! Also very enjoyable was to stand on the dock and listen to the loons calling to each other!
