The Yearling Black Bear, yes even the young bears stick their tongues out at me. Remember when the deer were doing it also last winter in a couple of photos I posted. Well, they are just cleaning up the area, licking all the bugs off of everything and chewing on grass. I just happen to catch them chewing with their mouths open, like we haven’t all had that happen now and then. Happy Friday 💕

    1. Yes, that was mom watching him. She was pretty good size, he was probably running from her, getting in trouble. 😊

      1. A BBQ is a major attractant! No matter how clean you “think” it is there is still food smells coming off of it. Best thing to do with it is lock it inside a garage.

        1. I will do that, I did not even think of it until today, the bottom tray had meat juice in it and I cleaned it all with soapy water but I will move it into the shed also.

            1. Thanks for all your help, your experience teaches all of us how to co exist with wildlife. That is the best way to learn, from others who care about wild life, like you do. I am sure I will have more questions along the way. We never stop learning. Oh, I made one bear board today and put it under the front window. Just in case. 😊

          1. Yes, it is. Nice place to hiking and finding the european giants – the biggest mountain fortness (Srebrna Góra), the biggest wooden temple (Church of a Peace in Świdnica) and the biggest palace (Kamieniec ząbkowicki). Unfortunely we didn’t see any owls here 😉

            1. Wow, amazing places around this world. Funny that you did not see owls though. I have yet to take a photo of an owl. I never see them.
