Autumn Hiking in Iowa, it is a gorgeous weekend for going on a hike in one of the beautiful state parks of Iowa. We have hiked this park so many times we know all the trails very well. But every time we still see something different.

From the beautiful tall pine trees nestled in among the maples and oak trees.

To gorgeous rock formations that you can walk under or over. Iowa isn’t just farm land.

The sun was shinning brightly on this cool morning of 35 degrees. I love going for walks in this type of weather.
