What Do You See

What Do You See

What Do You See, As you may notice, I don’t have one certain subject that I photograph. I take photographs in the moment, picking up a camera can actually make you see things completely different. Making me slow down and enjoy looking at something as simple as frost on the windows.

What Do You See

I took these photos yesterday morning when it was 3 degrees outside. I sat down at my dinning room table and went to look out the window and this is what I saw. I sat here in deep thought looking at this art work on the window, beautiful art work that made me feel warm, (mainly because I was on the inside), but this art is only here for a few seconds. Mesmerizing to me as it slowly disappears in the morning sun light.

We each have different desires, memories, personality types, and artistic preferences. These differences will drive our connection with various art-forms. Artists have no control over this, nor should they. We create work that moves us and inevitably, we hope this work will find other kindred spirits.

What Do You See

Remember, your photographs are capturing a moment in time. That will never be duplicated. Each one is a piece of art, creation, you and I.

When you clothe yourself with the Words of the Father, Your Beauty will shine from within.

Abstract Autumn Colors

Abstract Autumn Colors

Abstract Autumn Colors, now I know it is December and the season of snow. But I love looking at warmer colors also, this time of year. Can you guess what this is?

Abstract Autumn Colors

This is actually the side of my car, I parked next to some trees that were covered in colorful Autumn leaves a couple of months ago. I am just getting to these photos today. I loved the soft lines and the reflection of the leaves in the side of my car.

You can see the door handle on the photo below. Water isn’t the only thing where I find fun reflections of nature.

Abstract Colors and Shapes

Abstract Colors and Shapes

Abstract Colors and Shapes, I like to take photos of just about anything that has to do with nature. But sometimes I like to create abstract type prints, with bright colors and or shapes and patterns. All taken from the nature around me.

Abstract Colors and Shapes

Here is an idea for you, I am making these photos into puzzles this year to give to my family for Christmas presents. I don’t like to buy gifts from a store because I never know what they really like and I am not a good shopper. I do not like going in stores at all, I would rather be outside.

Abstract Colors and Shapes

So I was thinking these photos will make great puzzles. I have not done a puzzle in years, so I am getting one for myself also. So incase you are needing an idea for a gift. Try taking any photo and making a puzzle out of it. It could be so much fun for the family. I am using a site called Zazzle.com to make the puzzle.

Have a great Wednesday. 🙂
