Looking Down at Us

Looking Down at Us

Looking Down at Us – Tranquility does exist.  Off the beaten path, taking the road less traveled and returning to creation.  That is us down there on the left side of the photo. Husband takes care of the photos from above as I photograph from below.

A way to show any one that happens to see these photos that the beauty of creation still exist.

  1. As a person who loves photography and the ocean, I can say that I love these pictures. You can see how blue it is which makes us wonder how many species are living in there. Look how beautiful this creation is!!

    1. So very true Shane, I find the ocean to be such a mysterious place. Things living in there we have yet to discover even to this day. Thank you for stopping by today 🙂

  2. I like you you did that perspective – oh to be a drone, or a bird, looking down on humans and their daily life or the wonders of nature at sea level.

    1. That is what I like about the drone footage, it is like being a bird. I use to dream that I could fly all the time. I like those dreams.

      1. It is because you see what bird’s see and that is what is so exciting with drone footage. Do you remember a few years ago that a bald eagle attacked a drone in the UP – the authorities didn’t know if it thought it was prey, or another eagle in its territory. I’ll put the story as a separate comment if you never read it.

  3. Forgot to bring my drone on our trip this year – does anyone ever give you grief about flying yours at various spot or do you tend to use it primarily in isolated scenarios.

    1. We use it in isolated areas, we take it out when there are not to many people around and early in the morning there is less people.

  4. It is a beautiful perspective Sandra, looking at the world from above, as it is when astronauts first viewed earth from space. Your drone camera is getting some beautiful colours up there which we can not appreciate as much down here. Yes the peace and tranquility is certainly typified here, in our Lord’s creation, which is healing to our minds and emotions.

    1. Thank you, yes his creation heals us. I like that. I like seeing the photos from the drone also. It gives me a new view of where we have been.

  5. Great shots and perspective. There truly is much beauty of Creation all around us. We just have to help each other find it. Thanks for doing that. Be Blessed

    1. Thank you RJ, it is my pleasure to share what I see through the lens of my camera. Amazing is the world He created.
