Where is Wall Doe (Deer)
Where is Wall Doe (Deer), boy did we get dumped on yesterday with some snow. Over a foot of snow in just 6 hours and than it was all over. The deer came out for a little snack, but I could hardly see them it was so heavy at times.
I did get the plowing done before the snow ended and it got dark. Luckily it isn’t that cold this time. So it wasn’t so bad until the snow plow comes by later and heaps it all up at the end of the driveway. But I will just have to put the ole jeep in 4 wheel drive and have some fun.
Oh, and I did get a photo of the illusive partridge. I took the photo through a window. That is the only way not to spook it.

The snow is a pain but you have captured it beautifully here and made us feel like we were immersed in a snowstorm with you Sandra. The deer are especially beautiful through the snowflakes. Hope warmer temps come along soon to help melt this latest onslaught by Mother Nature.
Thank you Linda, yes I see some 50s in the forecast coming this way.
Well that’s a blessing Sandra.
cheers to the snow doe and deer and you of course for the captures!
Thank you Cindy π
you’re sooo welcome~!
the deer is lovely in the winter scenery
They were getting covered in snow. π
it’s true. Smile
Always π
beautiful
Thank you very much. π
We had not been seeing any deer for a while. Then on my way back from town there was two close to the road, no traffic, so I stopped and watch them go into the woods and as my eyes adjusted there were two more…encouraging to see them. Talk as been the wolves are getting them, not may were killed by man during deer season. Our family hunts, and use the meat all winter but this year they bought a cow instead to fill the freezer. Beautiful pictures as usual.
That is unusual to hear, it could be a good thing because a lot of cars hit deer around here. I never see a buck, but I always have four deer that come to my feeder. And one I can tell is an older doe, she always has a baby she brings in the warmer weather.
Love the partridge
Thank you Sherry, they are pretty.
Wow! It surely snowed there. Brrr…
Yes, a lot of snow. π

Thanks, Sandra, Have a nice day.
You to Francine, thank you. π

π glad you liked it. Have a wonderful day.

More laughter means more of everything else
Thank you Mr. Ohh, I hope it is the last blast of snow. π
Love your title–quite clever. Glad you are getting the snow and not us.
Yes, a few people have said that. π it will be warming up next week so hopefully it will start melting soon
Give Wall Doe my greetings next time he comes by π
Yes, he blended right in today π
You sure added some humor to my day, as well as some great photos! That Caption was the coolest! Have a great day. Is the snow heading our way?
You are welcome Marland, I could barely see them so that is the first thing that came to mind. The snow headed north back into Canada it looks like. It will be warming up to the 40’s here next week, so that should help melt some of this. π
Wonderful!
beauty
Beautiful snow shots Sandra, it really is refreshing after a very hot humid day here.
I can imagine, it will be warming up here next week, so some of this snow will start melting. π
