What in the World kind of dragon fly is this one? 🙂 makes me smile though. It looks like it has rabbit ears, white eyes, nose and mustache and I know I could make it smile somehow in photoshop.
I don’t know what it is but it’s great 🤣😎🙃

Thanks for the names. I don’t know dragonfly names at all.

I only know damselfly cause I was trying to find a really ugly black dragonfly-ish bug that I saw. It was neither dragon nor damsel but some other kind of fly which I’ve forgotten.

Nice closeups. I like the catch light in its eyes.

Thank you Brad, I like to capture that light in the eye when I can.

That’s the kind we have so many of here in northern MN. This year there are thousands….good thing as there are billions of mosquitoes.

Yes, we have the billions of mosquitos as well. It had been dry here also so I thought there would be less.

It does look funny, Sandra! These critters intrigue me but I’m staying as far away as possible.

Yes, and I have never noticed how their face looks on this species because normally one only sees the wings. A lot of strange flying creatures out there.
