Beautiful Sandra – hard to tell which is the “real” sky and which is the reflection!

It is a quiet little spot tucked into the woods, so on a calm evening it is quite something to see.

I like that … peaceful and calm, away from it all. I went to the Wildlife Refuge this morning and was expecting to have a peaceful hike around there, only to discover that they allow hunters in the marsh and woods for hunting waterfowl. Big sign said that – I was disgusted. I thought the gunshots were coming from Point Mouilee which is about 12 or 13 miles away. I left – didn’t want to see any ducks dropping out of the sky.

It is so beautiful and mysterious as called “Hidden Lake” – I suppose it got its name from the way the trees envelope and hide this lake perhaps?

Yes, you would never know it was there unless you followed the trail to it. Completely surrounded by trees. So pretty in there.
