The Colors of Summer
The Colors of Summer, yellow and orange are the colors for today. The little Skipper butterfly’s are starting to disappear and larger more colorful butterfly’s are taking there place. Nature is such a colorful place.

Thank you very much 😊
Beautiful photos Sandra – Summer and Mother Nature at its finest.
Thank you Linda, so many fun colors this time of year.
You’re welcome Sandra. My small Japanese Weeping Maple has burgundy leaves and already has red leaves like it gets in the Fall. And the shrub at the Park I mentioned with the red leaves – I saw them yesterday.
I am a butterfly nut thanks

Good morning, this butterfly is called Milbert’s Tortoiseshell Butterfly, I love the bright yellow along the edge of the wings. I look forward to seeing what species you are talking about as well. Thank you Werner.
Indeed the colors of nature are amazing. I’m impressed with the butterfly pic. How it spread its wings for you to take a great shot. 🙂
Thank you Jo, yes it sure is hard to photograph butterflies, they don’t sit still very long. Got lucky on that one.
Nature is a great artist!
Yes it is, thank you 😊
