Yikes! Mama bears are no joke! We had one that would roam the neighborhood but since everyone has bearproof cans or can lock their trash in a garage it’s not too bad. Sounds like you did everything right, though.

Wow, as big as Mama Bear is, she sure could move. And Baby Bear, sure was limber to climb up on the table. The poor birds have to find their own grub, but that is safer for you – no way do you want to take chances.
