Song Birds of the Season
Song Birds of the Season, It did not take long for the birds to get used to my Christmas tree behind the feeder. It was sure fun watching them land on the table and than try to get a photo before they flew off. (bird video below)
This little gray bird is called the Tufted titmouse, I was surprised to see it this time of year. There is a video below of two of them at this feeder.

These are all beautiful bird pictures Sandra – I loved the look on the one bird who looked at it a little confused, but I will bet their eyes lit up to see all the sunflower seeds. How clever you were to get them to pose in front of the decorated tree … these shots would be perfect to use as a Christmas card. I am sorry, but I couldn’t find the video. I saw your name and clicked on it, thinking it was a link. Did I miss it?
Thank you Linda, the video clip is still there, this time it was a utube link instead of a regular video. Here is the link here, it was just a 1 minute video. You Tube is trying something new called shorts. So I tried to make one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNvSnvEELvc

Wow I never see Titmice this time of the year. Lucky you.
Laugh enough today to fill tomorrow. Then Laugh Tomorrow

Thank you Seraja, 🙂
Your first picture would make a beautiful Christmas card! The tufted titmouse is one of our favorites. I enjoy listening to them sending messages across our tree line.
Thank you very much Beth.
Beautiful. Thanks Sandra.
You are very welcome RJ,
Wonderful photos! Winter is certainly coming!
Yes, I do enjoy winter.
Those photos are so exquisitely cute that if it were anyone else but you, I’d think staged or fake
Absolutely adorable.
Thank you very much, I know what you mean and that is why I put a video with it also when I can. Have a wonderful day 🙂

love the little blue one!
Thank you, they are colorful.
Great birdfeeder, Sandra! What are the berries?
The red berries with the blue background, I am not sure what those are. They were on a Bush hanging over some water.
Brilliant, these photos are phenomenal
Thank you very much Helen.
How delightful! For many years this little guy was my computer wallpaper. A different image, but just as adorable!
Thank you very much Mary, they are beautiful little birds.

As always… WOW.
Thank you very much 🙂
This really is a perfect feeding place, the birds are going to thank you!
Thank you 🙂
Wonderful idea, Sandra. I’m surprised the birds seem so at home with the decorations. They look quite comfortable with. The fight went a little against the Christmas spirit, though. 🙂
Thank you Don, yes, their seems to always be a squabble at the dinner table over food. 🙂
Very cute !
It is an American bird. Here in Europe we have someone looking a bit similar: the crested tit (Lophophanes cristatus).
I looked that one up, it is very similar with the same little tuft of feathers on top of the head. Very pretty. 🙂 thank you
Yum! SEEDS!
It is so much fun to feed birds for me. 🙂
What a brilliant idea to set up a tree behind the feeder! 🤍
Thank you, it is working pretty good, they don’t seem to mind it. 🙂
OMG! They are so beautiful! The photographs I mean. The Christmas arrangement and the colorful birds… wow! Great job, Sandra. ❤️
Thank you Jo, I thought it would be a great way to add some color to the photo. I had one bird land in the tree, but I did not get a shot of that. 🙂
Huh huh… hey, Beavis, she said tit. 😛
Who knows why they named that bird that. 🙂
