We have some sandhill cranes nesting near our house with some woods in between. They can be very noisy neighbors when disturbed. with all our wildlife, they seem disturbed a lot. An amazing bird that takes no guff from anything or anybody

Don’t they get winded if they walk and talk at the same people, or is that just people? 🙂 I like the video, that rattling noise they make at least alerts you they are nearby so you can grab the camera, just as you did here.
