We are seeing a lot of fawns in our woods as well. So much fun to watch them slowly grow their independence from the watchful mother. Several weeks ago a fawn came right up to me while I was running and sniffed my hand. Somebody’s been feeding it which is not a good thing.

In reply to Washe Koda. Yes it does, my lilies are now 3 years old and this year they did not touch them. But they have the last couple of years. Maybe they get bitter as the plants get older :)
