Sea Glass
Sea Glass – I have only found a couple pieces of sea glass. I have added them to my collection and am always looking for more.
Sea glass are naturally weathered pieces of glass, which often have the appearance of tumbled stones. Sea glass is physically and chemically weathered glass found on beaches along bodies of salt water. These weathering processes produce natural frosted glass.

Nice sand dollar! We are always searching for them and have yet to find one on the beach.
I find them on the east end after a storm. They are so small here.
Good
Thank you very much 😊
Beautiful!
Thank you very much 😊
I don’t think I’ve ever seen sea glass. Is that a sand dollar or a piece of sea glass? I like how the water is crawling and swirling over the beach area.
I found quite a bit of sea glass in Postiano on the Amalfi Coast.
Nice, the pieces here on the gulf are usually pretty small.

Have a wonderful day, Sandra !
Thank you very much Francine 😊 ☺️
Beauties! You can find sea glass along the shores of the great lakes as well, not just bodies of salt water.
Yes, I live near Lake Superior and am always looking for some.
And gorgeous pictures!!
Thank you very much 😊
You’re welcome!
I love sea glass, but they are hard to find. And when I do find them, they are extra tiny.
Yes, same here. 😊
To think that they were trash a long time ago and them tumbled by the ocean into these pretty sea glasses!

It’s funny this is your subject today because earlier my mom and I went for a walk on the beach and there was so much sea glass today!
How wonderful, I have only found 3 pieces this year. But I will take that. They can be such pretty colors.
That’s lovely😊 I want to visit the glass beach in California some day . I heard it’s pretty.
Is that a glass too in second pic? I wonder how it got the flower shape there !
In the second photo, that is what they call a sand dollar. It was broken in half.
I did not know about this. It is beautiful and looks like art 🤩 . Thank you for sharing this , Sandra ☺️
