In reply to Sandra. One day I will look up at the stars and learn shutter speeds. 'Til then I am still on automatic, or my camera is anyway. :) I learned today there were some aurora sightings in Michigan ... not around here. Have you seen any Sandra?

All we have to do is look up is right, but we need some special skills with the camera to catch the intricacies of the Heavens above and you have done that here Sandra.

I do enjoy a mmgood nighttime display. Out into the country we are free from most light pollution but we have had bad luck as of late with clouds ruining the show.
