It only works with certain images. It is done with photoshop, under Filters, Stylize and Oil paint. Amazing what technology can do with a little help from me.

The third shot explains well why some of the dinosaurs didn’t extinct, they only became birds. The white twins are the best. Have a good day 🙂

I like the white bird with spread wings. It looks belligerent, but funny with that long neck. 🙂
