Juvenile Ibis Bird
Juvenile Ibis Bird – I find these birds to be pretty special as well as the Spoon Bills. One only sees them in the south. Such a unique design.
This one below is one of my favorite shots.

Beautiful Sandra! ๐๐
Thank you very much Diana.
Wow, that long bill and I like YOUR favorite shot too Sandra, plus all the birds flying that fills the picture.
Thank you Linda. ๐

Beautiful shots!
Thank you very much ๐
I love the flock in flight!!
That is one of my favorites. ๐
Thatโs one large flock of Ibis ! Nice capture. We are still at the 10-15 size flocks here and havenโt seen a Spoonbill in at least 2 weeks. ๐ณ. Great shots.
Thank you Ted. Yes that was a day for me to remember, seeing that many in one spot.
Lovely White Ibis photos, the immatures can be quite beautiful in their mottled plumage! This bird is making it’s way north more and more to spend summers in the mid-Atlantic Maryland/Delaware/New Jersey regions. Same with Roseate Spoonbills! I saw both this past summer just a few miles from my home. ๐
How wonderful you got to see both of those birds. They are both so unique and quite beautiful. I hope to see the spoonbill again. ๐
A unique design for sure!
They are so pretty. ๐
