I, myself, can’t drive over Big Mac, but even as a passenger, I could never determine what was worse… Driving along the railing or over the grids. However, one Labor Day Weekend, I chased away my fear and walked across the bridge and even stepped one foot onto the grids. Thanks for sharing your experience.

The video makes it appear you are a few inches from the edge. No wonder they have escorts available to drive you across if you’re unsure you want to do it yourself. I only went across once each way with my parents, back in the late 60s.
