I hope we are able to enjoy them for a long time, though I worry about them dwindling in numbers, perishing, or becoming extinct due to climate change, especially this brutal cold, very hot spells, wildfire smoke/pollution and unrelenting winds. Too many factors for beautiful birds (and butterflies too) to withstand.
