All Creatures Great and Small
Armadillos (meaning “little armored ones” in Spanish),
Armadillos are prolific diggers. They dig many burrows, as well as dig for food. The animal will not survive in areas where the soil is too hard to dig. Many other wildlife species use and benefit from abandoned armadillo burrows.

Great animal… “Kgaga” in my language
Such beautiful creatures. Amazing photos
Thank you very much 😊
I’ve never seen one, but they remind me of oversized roly-poly bugs!
Yes, I think that also. 😊

These guys are cool. We see them all the time here in Texas. Early one morning, one walked right in front of me, completely unconcerned by my proximity. Couldn’t believe it!
I found that also at this park. They walked around not carrying about people around them at all. 😊
Amazing armadillo shots.
Thank you very much Tim 😊
